Julien Valois
I have always been interested in how people learn, particularly young people, and how empathizing with them has allowed me as a teacher to get valuable feedback, achieve greater results and improve the student experience.
Over the years, I have poured my talent and energy into organizing a wide variety of in-person events and digital classrooms, and have learnt the invaluable skill of paying close attention to the user/customer/student experience and asking questions. My success has always lied in my ability to improve the user journey and overall experience. I know it has led me to enjoy more sales, better grades, greater participation, higher customer satisfaction and make a more profound impact on students and customers.
I have also always been amazed and appreciative of the natural and human systems occurring on Earth, and more recently about understanding how technological systems can help us protect nature and develop greater harmony between these systems.
I have been growing my UX Design skills with a vision of exploring how UX can help engage younger people in learning about the natural world and join the effort in creating sustainable practices and solutions.
